CelLink（以下称“本应用”）是一款用于在局域网内发现并管理 CelAudio / CelMusper 音频设备的工具。我们非常重视您的隐私。本政策说明本应用会（及不会）处理哪些信息。

1. 我们收集的信息

本应用不收集、不上传、不存储您的任何个人身份信息。本应用没有账号系统，不含广告或第三方分析/追踪 SDK。具体而言：

• 局域网设备发现：本应用通过 mDNS（DNS-SD）协议在您所连接的本地网络中查找 CelAudio / CelMusper 设备，读取这些设备广播的名称、IP 地址、型号、系统版本等信息，仅用于在应用内列出可连接的设备。这些信息仅停留在您的设备本地，不会发送给我们或任何第三方。
• 手动添加的设备：若您手动输入某台设备的 IP 地址，该地址会仅保存在您手机/电脑本地（应用本地存储），用于下次快速连接；卸载应用即清除。
• 设备控制页面：点击某台设备后，本应用会在内置浏览器中加载该设备自身在局域网内提供的网页（http://<设备IP>/）。您在该页面上的操作是您与自有硬件之间的本地通信，不经过我们的服务器。

2. 权限说明

• 本地网络 / 附近设备（Android 的“附近的设备”、iOS/macOS 的“本地网络”）：用于在局域网内发现您的 CelAudio 设备。这是本应用的核心功能，缺少该权限将无法自动发现设备。
• 本应用不申请定位、通讯录、相机、麦克风、相册等与功能无关的权限。

3. 网络请求

为在 iOS/macOS 上正确触发系统的“本地网络”授权提示，本应用在启动时会向 www.celaudio.com 发起一次不含业务数据的网络请求（HEAD）。我们的网站服务器可能按通用网站日志惯例记录访问的 IP 地址与时间戳，用于安全与运维，不用于识别个人身份，也不与其它信息关联。除此之外，本应用的所有通信都发生在您的局域网内部（您的设备与 CelAudio 硬件之间）。

4. 信息共享

我们不会出售、出租或向任何第三方共享您的信息——因为我们本就不收集这些信息。

5. 数据存储与删除

本应用产生的少量数据（如手动添加的设备 IP）仅保存在您的设备本地。卸载本应用即可彻底删除这些数据。

6. 儿童隐私

本应用面向音频设备用户，非面向儿童设计，不会有意收集儿童的任何信息。

7. 您的权利（含 GDPR）

由于我们不收集您的个人数据，通常无需行使访问、更正或删除等权利。若您对本政策或数据处理有任何疑问，可随时通过下方邮箱联系我们。对于欧洲经济区（EEA）用户，本应用的数据处理基础为“合法利益”（在本地网络内提供设备发现与管理功能）。

8. 政策更新

本政策如有更新，我们会修改本页面并更新顶部的生效日期。重大变更会通过应用或本页面明显告知。

CelLink Privacy Policy

CelLink (the “App”) is a utility for discovering and managing CelAudio / CelMusper audio devices on your local network. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information the App does — and does not — process.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information. There is no account system, and no advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs. Specifically:

• Local network device discovery: The App uses the mDNS (DNS-SD) protocol to find CelAudio / CelMusper devices on the local network you are connected to, reading the name, IP address, model, and OS version those devices broadcast, solely to list connectable devices within the App. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
• Manually added devices: If you manually enter a device’s IP address, it is stored only locally on your phone/computer (local app storage) for quicker reconnection, and is removed when you uninstall the App.
• Device control page: When you tap a device, the App loads, in an embedded browser, the web page served by that device itself on your local network (http://<device-IP>/). Your actions on that page are local communication between you and your own hardware and do not pass through our servers.

2. Permissions

• Local Network / Nearby Devices (Android “Nearby devices”, iOS/macOS “Local Network”): used to discover your CelAudio devices on the local network. This is the App’s core function; without it, automatic discovery will not work.
• The App does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or any other permission unrelated to its function.

3. Network Requests

To correctly trigger the system “Local Network” permission prompt on iOS/macOS, the App makes one network request (HEAD, containing no business data) to www.celaudio.com at launch. Our web server may record the requesting IP address and timestamp as part of standard web server logs, for security and operations only; this is not used to identify individuals and is not linked to other data. Apart from this, all App communication occurs within your local network (between your device and CelAudio hardware).

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party — because we do not collect it in the first place.

5. Data Storage & Deletion

The small amount of data the App creates (such as manually added device IPs) is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes this data.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users of audio devices and is not designed for children; we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Your Rights (including GDPR)

Because we do not collect your personal data, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have any questions about this policy or our data handling, contact us at the email below. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the App’s processing basis is “legitimate interest” (providing device discovery and management within your local network).

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be prominently noted in the App or on this page.
