欢迎使用 CelLink（以下称“本应用”）。本协议是您与赛耳之声（北京）科技有限公司之间就使用本应用达成的协议。您下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本协议全部条款。若您不同意，请勿使用本应用。
本应用是一款用于在局域网内发现并控制 CelAudio / CelMusper 网络音频设备的工具。它通过标准 mDNS/DNS-SD 协议发现同一局域网内的设备，并在应用内加载设备自身提供的控制网页（http://<设备IP>/）。本应用本身不播放音频、不提供音乐内容，音频的播放与内容由您的 CelAudio 设备完成。
在您遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予您一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，供您在自有设备上安装和使用本应用。您不得：对本应用进行反向工程、反编译、破解；将本应用用于任何非法用途；干扰或破坏本应用或相关服务器的正常运行。
您应在合法、合规的前提下使用本应用，并对您所连接的网络与设备负责。您应确保有权访问和控制您在本应用中连接的设备。
当您连接设备后，设备自身的控制网页可能提供由第三方运营的音乐流媒体或内容服务（例如 Qobuz、TIDAL、QQ音乐 等）。这些服务由相应第三方提供，可能需要您另行注册和登录其账号、并遵守其各自的服务条款。此类服务及其内容、收费与本应用无关，本应用不对其可用性、内容或交易承担责任。
本应用及其相关标识、界面、代码等知识产权归赛耳之声（北京）科技有限公司所有，受法律保护。未经许可，您不得复制、修改、分发或用于商业目的。
本应用按“现状”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对本应用的适用性、稳定性或能否满足您的特定需求作出任何明示或默示的保证。因网络环境、设备状态等非本应用可控因素导致的发现失败或使用问题，我们不承担责任。
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、偶然或后果性损失，我们不承担责任。
我们可能不时更新本协议。更新后我们会修改本页面并更新顶部生效日期。您继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的协议。
本协议的订立、执行与解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。

Welcome to CelLink (the “App”). This Agreement is between you and CelAudio (Beijing) Technology Inc. regarding your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms herein. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a tool for discovering and controlling CelAudio / CelMusper network audio devices on your local network. It discovers devices on the same LAN via standard mDNS/DNS-SD and loads, inside the App, the control web page served by the device itself (http://<device-IP>/). The App does not itself play audio or provide music content; playback and content are handled by your CelAudio device.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your own devices. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or crack the App; use it for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the App or its servers.
You must use the App lawfully and are responsible for the networks and devices you connect to. You must be authorized to access and control any device you connect within the App.
When you connect a device, the device’s own control web page may offer music streaming or content services operated by third parties (e.g. Qobuz, TIDAL, QQ Music). Such services are provided by those third parties and may require you to separately register and sign in to their accounts and comply with their respective terms. Those services, their content, and any charges are unrelated to the App, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or transactions.
The App and its marks, interface, and code are the intellectual property of CelAudio (Beijing) Technology Inc. and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without permission.
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the App’s fitness, stability, or suitability for your particular needs. We are not liable for discovery failures or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as network conditions or device state.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will revise this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
